Episode 50 is something of a milestone - we celebrate our 50th episode with Evan Darnell, the self-proclaimed "Secretary of Steak" at the Red Meat Lovers Club. This is an exclusive networking club where, as you might surmise,  there are copious portions of red meat (as well as cigars and adult beverages). The ultimate mission of the club is to make sure the members are stronger as a group. While they exists to exalt the act of gathering and dining, where every "meating" is a curated experience that nobody but their "Steaksmen" can enjoy, they couple their gatherings with the desire to give back and have raised over a million dollars for community charities as they "beef, drink, smoke and laugh." What a way to celebrate our 50th show. I wish we had video of the charcuterie board of meats he brought to the studio!
