Chisom first caught my attention when she made the most powerful and hilarious Webflow community grant video I have ever seen. In the style of the Webflow university videos, she applies for a community grant with wit and charm. But the fact she can do this is no surprise. She has a YouTube channel where she does tech interviews, career videos like where she talks about her experience as a software engineer at Reddit and about her time living in Ireland. Cheesom is building a startup, power to the creators, alongside her full time job working at Vev, a Webflow competitor!

The failures we’ll talk about today are:

1. Not getting a return offer from Facebook
2. Not being able to raise the funds to complete her second degree from college
3. Not being patient enough with her parents
