A chaotic week across WWE and NXT with returns, rivalries, and title changes leading straight into Saturday Night's Main Event.
On SmackDown, Drew McIntyre denied injuring Jacob Fatu but ended the night standing tall after taking out Cody Rhodes and Jimmy Uso. The MFTs beat Rey Fenix and Shinsuke, Tiffany Stratton defeated Kiana James before a heel turn attack from Jade Cargill, and Ilja Dragunov retained the U.S. Title over Aleister Black.
Over on Raw, CM Punk and Jey Uso went face to face ahead of their title clash at Saturday Night's Main Event. Rusev and Penta's no-contest set up a triple threat for the IC Title, while AJ Styles and Dragon Lee captured the tag belts. Roxanne Perez pinned Nikki Bella, and Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair retained their tag titles.
In NXT/TNA, Halloween Havoc saw Blake Monroe, Dark State, and Tatum Paxley win gold. Looking ahead to SNME: Punk vs. Jey, Cody vs. Drew, Dom vs. Penta vs. Rusev, and Tiffany Stratton vs. Jade Cargill.
