On planet earth at this time we are moving through uncertainty, confusion, fear and discomfort.  A paradigm shift is happening as we speak.  Many emotions tend to rise and at Uplifting Humans we thought it would benefit the listener to explore the relationship to some primary emotions that tend to dominate our current reality.  We start with courage to move forward in the face fear, pain and grief.
