If you had to pick, would you rather be hot or cold? 

Turns out, being hot AND cold both have some great benefits for you! Chances are you’ve heard of cold plunging and ice baths.  You’ve also likely heard of saunas and steam baths.  

Exposure to heat and cold is yet another example of how life is not an either /or situation - it’s more of a both / and.  This episode will take you through some of the science behind the advantages of being HOT and COLD.
