Over the last few weeks, I was facing a lot of self-sabotage in myself and I asked myself the question, how I can bring together the spiritual aspect in me and the physical world.

Self-sabotage can show itself through different faces. And unless we become aware of it, it rules your life without you even noticing.

Self-sabotage is a protection layer that we once took on. We take on these shields when we try to control upcoming events because we once experienced one, that was too painful.

Why changing it, if you might not even notice it?

Ask yourself: Do you want to be ruled and directed in life by someone telling you what to do? Or do you want to decide by yourself what is good for you?

To look at these aspects is a part of coming back to your inner authority and inner power!

✨… how you can identify self-sabotage and how you can shift out of it.

✨… how you shift from any fear back to love.
