Such a dope discussion!  I talk to Steve(@este617) and Evan(@evagoras_) from The Barbersden, a multi-location shop here in MA.  I've been a huge fan of these dudes for a few years.  In my opinion, they just get it right.  I labeled this IMPACT because they've made one on me, I have on them and we collectively have on the industry and all of our clients.  It's all about the positive impact on the world around you.
