Being intentional is an integral part of of being a Catholic and it spreads to everything we do including how we celebrate (feast). Another tool in our arsenal heading to authentic faith is self-mastery (chastity) and our wonderful Church gives us the training we need in the practices of feasting and fasting, so tune in to see how that is.
