It was demanded of many of us, by culture in the United States, and Christian culture to take responsibility for the emotional, physical, and metaphysical needs or everyone around us and, maybe even, everyone in the world. 

Today I’m talking about overburdening with responsibility, what it looks like, why we’re like this, and how to be with ourselves within all of it.
