It's not about the food.
Yvonne and I have had this conversation in different forms for years, with clients, with each other, and in our own heads. Why does someone who genuinely wants to change keep not changing? This episode is our attempt to answer that properly.
We use the example of a woman called Jill. You might recognise her. She's doing everything she's been told to do and still not getting results, and the reason why has nothing to do with willpower or discipline.
