Chris Harmat is one of the founders of the World Parkour Family, co-owner of the massive Overground gym, Ninja Warrior Hungary champion and a very prominent athlete in the Parkour scene. The Swiss legend agreed to talk to me about this parkour till here and we ventured ourselves in a FIG debate, once Chris is one of the parkour gymnasts who participated most frequently on their events.
