Kareema Alston, aka, Kareema Knows has been blogging for four years on the topic of singleness, celibacy and relationships.  She currently works with women in her mentoring celibacy group and has been doing so since 2017.  One key point that Kareema shared, is that she helps women see what they're getting in relationships versus what they deserve.
