Inaccessibility of legal services is symptomatic of an overloaded and inefficient court system.  In an attempt to bridge this gap, Selena Lucien created the Ontario Small Claims Wizard - an online tool where litigants can prepare and compile their materials for Small Claims Court.  In Part I, we discuss how the Wizard came about and how it helps self-represented litigants.
