Faithpreneur Diaries: This week we are discussing seeking therapy as a Christian with Roslyn Postlewaite.

Roslyn Postlewaite, LMSW is a Licensed Masters level Social Worker and current School Social Worker who counsels teenagers in an inner-city school in Memphis, TN. She supports teenagers with different mental health problems related to anxiety, trauma, depression, suicidal thoughts, problems solving, and many other factors that impact them. She is the creator of the podcast Therapy as a Christian which is a podcast that focuses on Christianity and mental health by merging the two together to help Christians see that counselling and overcoming trauma is close to the heart of God. On her podcast, she shares her two-year experience in mental health counselling where she learned to overcome childhood trauma, toxic relationships with others, low self-esteem, poor boundaries, anxiety, and depressed. She is a wife to her amazing husband and currently pregnant with her first little one.
