This is a motivational talk from people living through real life (even though they’re at pains to point out that they aren’t motivational speakers, or mental health professionals) but they move so carefully and sensitively through a range of issues that affect their day-to-day lives. This is real, pragmatic advice: writing methods, mindfulness, meditation. It sounds numinous, but it’s not at all. It's heartful stuff.
