Everyone talks about ‘just flow’. Did you ever hear that statement? What does it mean to ‘flow’? And how is it linked to goals. Do we then need goals in life? Or can we just flow?

In today’s episode I talk about goals and unravel all of these questions around manifesting goals. I talk about my own experiences when it comes to reaching a goal.

Especially when I am in conversations with family members, it is not always so understandable for them how I go towards my goals in life. And I share with you in this podcast episode, what it means for me and how I keep reaching the goals that are aligned with my heart.
