Today I hit record without any pre-planned content. My reason for this was to discuss my key message within todays episode.

If I have my content pre planned, then I run the risk of not bringing enough of 'ME' (Chris Cole) into the episode. That wasn't what I wanted. So I hit record with a simple idea and totally brought ME and my thoughts, ideas and heart and soul into my content.

And guess what...
