It’s been a long break - in this episode I share where I have been, why I took a step back from recording, and what to expect moving forward.

I had no outline for this episode… SOOO much has happened in the last 6 months including my recent death and re-birth so this episode is more casual for those who are curious about my recent journey.

I share with you what I have let go of my old identity that was trying to prove something, I let go of the hustle to slow down and I brought WAY more pleasure back into my life.
