Meltio is a Spanish startup developing metal printing extruder heads used around the world. Their system uses lasers to melt the inconel or other materials into a very dense custom formed part not limited by traditional casting or forging restrictions. This technology is opening up new design opportunities to make parts lighter and less wasteful.
