This week's episode is a replay of Ep. 2 - G.O.A.L.S. (Get On Another Level Sis). In this episode of LITE It Up, Dr. Aginah Musherah, explored the importance of goal setting, and surrounding yourself with greatness! Listeners were inspired and empowered to take action to live the life they wanted and deserve. During the release of this episode, Dr. Aginah could not have foreseen that 2020 would be a year like non other in our history. When we entered 2020, we weren't prepared to deal with a pandemic, sheltering in place, children completing their education in a remote setting, or the drastic loss of life. 

While 2020 has been a year filled with tremendous loss, there were also plenty of lessons and wins! This year has been a test of our resilience and strength. For example: business owners were innovative and pivoted during the pandemic. This episode is a reminder that it is critical to develop G.O.A.L.S.. As you prepare for 2021, make sure you develop a plan, allow room to shift if necessary, and execute appropriately.
