I have been working with Nicky as my PT for about 6 months with some 1-2-1 sessions then joining her fire cracker 12 week programme at the beginning of this year 2022.

Nicky is so supportive and really gets to know her clients inside and out.  She tailor-mades her programmes to suit each individual.
