Jim’s been in the real estate game most of his life and started Lease Equity about 20 years ago with a $120 million shopping centre deal, after his employer sold to Mirvac and couldn’t find anyone with the right skills to complete it. Apart from the commercial real estate gig, Jim’s in restaurants and has his own portfolio of property.
