Musical Musings
- #chantnerdhistory: This hymn is attributed to St. Paulinus II of Aquileia of the 8th century. It has traditionally been sung on Holy Thursday. Before Vatican II, it was the last of eight antiphons sung during the rite of the Washing of the Feet, and is now used simply as an offertorium.
Liturgical Living
- Germans observe Holy Thursday as Gundannerstag and plan a green-foods menu for this day.
