Ep 55: Goal setting

Coach Kevin began running over 40 years ago as a high school freshman.&nbsp; His love of running developed on the track and the cross-country course. &nbsp; He added triathlon to his list of passions while in college. &nbsp;Kevin began coaching informally over 25 years ago and started Can't Stop Endurance in 2006. &nbsp; He has coached runners from beginners to marathon champions.&nbsp; Kevin has also coached thousands of runners through his work with the Team McGraw and St Jude Heroes charity programs.&nbsp; The driving force in his endurance career has been the personal "test of self".&nbsp; Coaching allows him to help others achieve their own personal peak performance. &nbsp;<ul><li>30+ marathons including Boston, NYC &amp; Chicago</li><li>Hundreds of races from 5K to half-marathon</li><li>35+ years of triathlon including sprint distance to Ironman</li><li>USA Triathlon Age-Group Nationals and USAT Age Group All-American status</li><li>Ultrarunning experience:&nbsp; 50K, 50 Mile, 100 Mile</li><li>National Coach - Team McGraw charity program (2007-2015)</li><li>National Run Coach - St Jude Heroes (2010-2020)&nbsp;</li><li>Head Coach - Run the 901 Training Groups</li><li>Run Coach - Victory Triathlon Club</li><li>Host - Can't Stop Endurance Podcast</li></ul>
