Ilias Anwar is a student at VCU, artist manager, entrepreneur, and Founder of "The Clout Cloud". 

Over the past few years, The Clout Cloud has hosted shows around Richmond, Virginia displaying Richmond talent and has done shows with some of the biggest names in the game such as: Lil Yatchy, Da Baby, Lil Baby and many more! The CloutCloud offers promotion, interviews, event coverage, and shows, making it a one-stop-shop for media needs.
