Through a career shift and an 8-months time of looking for employment, Jeff Messner was forced to deal with an internal battle of significance, value, and identity. During this pivotal time, he came to discover that it's not one's title, position, or how people look at you, but how God looks at you that determines your value.  It also drew him and his wife, Lisa, closer together, and today their relationship is stronger and richer.
