We are continuing with our back to school theme for the month of August as we round out the summer and enter into a new space, a new space that has been different. Education, emotions, and relationships have been affected by these transitions and changes.
On today's podcast, we have licensed marriage and family therapist, Ann Dillard.
Ann specializes in relationships with teens and their mothers. She, herself, had a relationship with her mom that was tumultuous. Trauma that she has overcome, and now uses that experience to help others.
Think about this, do you want to be your children's critic, or do you want to be there in your champion and cheerleader?
Personally, I want to be my daughter's champion, but I'm always looking to individuals like Ann to be able to provide guidance in how I can do that in a better way.
