Episode 55 sees things get a little intense between the Hentations as they discuss the media’s depiction of the Black experience. While pain is an unavoidable part of this experience, does there come a point when we’re overwhelmed with Black pain in our movies and television shows? While every race deserves the opportunity to tell as many facets of their story as possible, this is a luxury that is not readily afforded to minorities. Should we focus on expanding the scope or continue to emphasize this pain to make sure our plight is seen? Listen to this week’s episode and share your thoughts as well!
