This week we discuss uncertainty as related to COVID 19, as well as racism in America. Yet another instance of police brutality has happened in the midst of a pandemic, and we are TIRED. Just remember you can drink the green drinks, bike 22 miles, and only eat salads.. but if you're ignoring the things going on in your head and in your heart... then you're still not truly healthy!
