When you're in the thick of anxiety, it can be hard to see another path through all of the anxious fog. If can be hard to imagine who you are and a "normal" life beyond the panic attacks and overwhelming all consuming thoughts. I know this so well because I lived there for years.
I have been open in the past (ep 1) about my journey with anxiety and I know that I will never be completely anxiety free (nor should anyone be, a little is healthy) however I truly do know that I am on the other side of that fog! Life feels different. I feel different.
Reflecting upon this the other day, it occurred to me that there were things that I am LOVING in my life now. Simple daily pleasures that I was starting to take for granted.. until I realised how much I actually missed these things whilst I was living in this anxiety state.
