Society is set in ruins, people scratching at an opportunity that they are told they will never see, streets filled with crippling poverty while the “Big Man” spends their time feeding their own network versus the people of the community. That is a notion that is unfortunately seen around the world. People are shut away from opportunity based on their social class left to deal with the cards they were dealt. However, there is a Warrior within us all waiting to become a Hero.
Carl Amery is a man who has experienced a lot in such a short amount of time. Carl is a Veteran in the British Army where he retired as a Sergeant Major after serving for 18 years, he is the Co- Founder of Clients In Abundance (Director Of Sales), Mentor, Speaker, and a coach.
Today’s episode has special guest Carl Amery. A man of true perseverance who made the decision to take action against the adversities he found himself in. Today’s focused conversation is based on the differences of a Visionary and an Integrator and how similar they both can be. Carl speaks about the poverty he grew up in and how he built his way up by implementing a plan into action. Jeff and Carl both discuss why you need to be identifying the people you surround yourself with and how they benefit you. But also recognizing the investment you need to make in yourself.

“I just doubled down all my strengths and I let the other strengths get taken care of by the people who are strong at these naturally and that's a big mistake people make. They try to make themselves something they're not and that can burn them because they're like why do i feel like shit all the time? It's because you're trying to be someone you're not.”
