At some point almost everyone has worked in a fast food joint, in retail or other customer service based jobs. It's a very admirable job, which most people don't understand. I dive into a few stories from my experiences in the customer service world, talk about it from both sides and try to reason with those customers you simply cannot make happy..well kind of.
