We went philosophical this week and for good reason! We're really excited to drop this conversation Sean Coffey had with Peter Russo. As a coach, Peter has experience at the Prep level with Buckingham Brown and Nichols as well assisting with Providence and Babson College. Recently he transitioned to working 1 on 1 with players. 

Peter is more than just a skills coach, he helps clients at various levels navigate the limiting beliefs that we all carry, shift the perception of their identity as just hockey players, and most importantly helps them connect back to why they play and how to create meaning and joy out of the mundane aspects of the game and life.
