This week's podcast is on the rule of thirds, something I heard an Olympiad talking about in training. This is the idea that when you are training you will :
A third of the time you will feel amazing.
A third you will feel just ok
A third you will feel the pain, really can't be bothered and find it hard to push through
Of course world class athletes train daily to or beyond the point of pain and probably boredom as well. However this mental expectation works just as well for us creatives who do need to practice our crady every day, or get back to selling our art after the 20 21 hiatus.
