Twenty-two years ago, a monster living among children, committed one of England's most heinous double murders.

Jessica Chapman and Holly Marie Wells, both 10 years old, disappeared after leaving their home in Cambridgeshire for snacks. Their bodies would be discovered days later, leading to one of the largest manhunts in history.
