"He who has a why to live can bear almost any how." - Friederich Nietzsche
I watched a TED talk today that made my whole world pause and sort itself out. You know the kind?
This one is by a couple, Mark and Simone, who have faced extreme challenges. They called their talk, "A love letter to realism," and it made me think of the choice I have every day to own my worth regardless of my circumstances.
I've thought about this topic a lot, especially while on this worthfull journey, and something about the TED talk inspired me to put my thoughts into a solo episode so that I wouldn't forget what I'm learning.
In short, I know that I bring value to any situation I am in, regardless of my personal circumstances, when I choose to own my worth. This is the foundation of a worthfull life.
I hope you watch the TED talk, and I hope you remember how capable you are of sharing value by being your whole self.
