Michelle Cairns is a well-known property investor in the UK, with a diverse portfolio which includes blocks of flats, single lets, shops, and HMOs. Michelle specialises in creatively structured deals and has expanded her portfolio through working with private investors and utilising Purchase Lease Options and Vendor Finance. A lot has changed since she left her career in teaching. Not only has she established a cash-flowing portfolio which allowed her to leave the day job, but she has also become a business partner at Your Property Network (YPN), undertaking a varied role in presenting, coaching, and growing the business. Since 2019, she has interviewed over 450 experts within the property industry, which has given her an exceptional insight into the business of property investing and a wealth of contacts.
