Keana Barnes a Louisiana native was a woman on the run and a cold-calculated killer. Barnes befriended and murdered two men, James (Jimmy) Shepherd and Perry (PJ) Jennings because they got in her way.  She managed to escape the authorities not once, but twice, the first time in 2002 and again in 2003.  Barnes went from being a wife, lover and friend to become a fugitive listed on the FBI's top 15 most wanted.
