This is why your account or CPA needs to be your “financial wingman” so that you avoid digging yourself into a hole that is going to be difficult to climb back out of.

 

Another common mistake is being the only one “capable” of completing tasks in your business. You cannot grow without trust, and if you don’t trust your team, you need to ask yourself why that is.
