Method
  1. In a blender or 'bullet', combine the turmeric, ginger, and ½ cup of water. ...
  2. Pour the puree into a pot and add remaining water and honey. ...
  3. Turn off heat and add lemon.
  4. Using a straining sheet, strain the mixture into a container and keep in the refridgerator for future use.
  5. Enjoy yout fresh DIY turmeric jamu!
