So alchemy from this perspective is when we're able to transmute these places of pain and suffering and just survive. To a life of fully thriving and all of the facets and all of the forms and all of the glorious aspects of who we are, whether it's our relationships, our finances, our career, our health, our vibrancy, um, everything that we long to create and everything we long to see in the world from a different perspective."
