The Mariners are tied for first in the AL west, after sweeping the Cincinnati Reds, driven by their dominant pitching and offensive outbursts. 
Jonatan Clase makes his major league debut on Jackie Robinson Day, which Ken Griffey Jr. had a hand in creating. 
Luis Castillo continues to improve, Dominic Canzone landed on the IL allowing Jonatan Clase to make an impact right away! Just the spark we needed.

We are looking forward to key players making a return from the IL, and riding this swell into next week when we face the Texas Rangers!
