The Night Stalker was an American serial killer named Richard Ramirez. He went on a spree of terror in the late half of 1984 through August of 1985, leaving the Los Angeles area with a serial killer on the loose. He Killed 14 people but attempted many more. He brutalized women in the way that his cousin showed him.
