Republicans just forced the resignation of the #2 at the FBI, Andrew McCabe, and they're now gunning for deputy attorney general at the Department of Justice, Rod Rosenstein, all to undermine the FBI's investigation of Trump's collusion with Russia during the 2016 elections. If Trump and his Republican allies in Congress can get rid of the top professional staff at the FBI and DOJ, they will use their partisan replacements to undermine the Mueller probe and effectively undercut any effort to find out what Russia did and how we can stop it from happening again.
