Ep 58: 5 Stages to Enlightenment with Louis Brantmeyer
Louis Brantmeyer went from a socially-awkward, anxious, introverted nerd diagnosed with autism...undeterred, he healed and transformed himself into a public speaker, author, coach, entrepreneur, and social virtuoso, at the same time transitioning from arrogant atheist to purveyor of the woo that works (energy, empathy, emotion, embodiment, intuition, and spirituality.)
He now supports heart-centered entrepreneurs in scaling their business to six figures and successful professionals in creating the love, sex, romance, and relationships of their dreams!
In this podcast, Louis and I discuss how flowing through the 5 levels of consciousness (from the book If I Die Before I Awake) yields more conscious entrepreneurship, relating and sexuality. We answer the questions: what does it take to maintain connection to higher states of consciousness? And how do we flow through the 5 stages of enlightenment to thrive?
At the first level of consciousness, we navigate through the trauma of the past. At the second level, our focus shifts to pushing through life to match the blueprint of what’s expected of us. It’s the entrepreneurs goal orientated phase. “When I get there I’ll be happy.” Level three, we realize happiness is an inside job. That in fact, we have enough as is. Level four bring a sense of fundamental well-being no matter what is happening around you. And level five, presents the bigger picture of life’s purpose. Here, we stay connected to the present moment and our intuition.
“Happiness is a decision we can make for any reason or no reason at any time.”
