Have you heard of a USP? A USP is our unique selling position. They are how we describe who we are, what we do, who we do it with and what it achieves. Some call it an elevator pitch, and others have no friggin idea what I'm talking about...yet. If it helps, think of your USP as your bio on Instagram. Short, to the point, and let people size of how you are relevant (or not) to them.
Listen to this episode if you want to hear how I realised I was USP-ing to collect confusion and slow what I'm creating behind closed doors. Then listen to how you can use this to shape your experience now to influence people to look where you want them to look (and what it gets you). This is relevant to both those working in their own business or for/in a business/organisation.
This conversation is a wonderful weaving path to something I didn't plan, and yet it works. It's funny how our feet always find the ground, maybe not as easily as cats, but like dogs as we shake ourselves off, smile and feel the joy of a moment.
Listen loosely while walking in your lunch break, cleaning the back of the fridge, or laying on the grass making out shapes from the passing clouds.

Kathy Swears Scale: No wonderful swears in this one.
