We're traveling to 1900's Paris for this one, where Jeanne Weber, La Ogre de la Passage Gouette D'Or, choked 10 children to death. All of the children were 11 and under, and included her very own offspring. Jeanne's trials were certainly a spectacle, and she was acquitted twice before being found not guilty by reason of insanity.
