The science behind carb cycling is mixed at best. There doesn't appear to be any definitive, physiological advantages to cycling your carbs through low, medium, and high days. However, from a psychological standpoint, the benefits of carb cycling are quite potent, indeed.
The sense of accomplishment that comes from grinding through a low day is second to none, and high days...? Well, they're high days - no additional commentary needed.
