I put this gorgeous poem: Kindness by Naomi Shihab Nye, it’s just been haunting me today and I just really wanted to record it. It’s just so beautiful and deeply moving. Just feels very Buddhist in its expression of course it’s completely and utterly Universal. And that is its power!

But I’ve been thinking about compassion and loving-kindness a lot and Metta practice a Buddhist practice of compassion) so this poem is just if I were teaching on metta I would use this poem to illustrate it so beautiful share what do you think?
