In September 2017, their son Max—an LSU freshman and Blessed Trinity graduate from right here in Roswell—lost his life to hazing just weeks into college. Since then, the Gruvers have worked tirelessly to end hazing, driving change at both state and federal levels and raising awareness nationwide.
